Thanks Post Canada but no thanks

Thanks Post Canada but no thanks. I don't even refer to your work prior to your strike but after. My last bills were late, very late and I am the one paying consequences. My financial statement with my account number is gone! Are you going to reimburse me for loss if this will happen? I'm doing no more business with this company!

It's a joke

It's a joke they are not working at all they are pretending to work taking care of family and friends as all i have gotten in the last 2 months is flyers and box renewal. Not one bill has come not one package of the many i have whos working here i believe they are on a silent strike by not doing anything, takes 1 or 2 days to go across country yet once it gets to local post office it takes 3 days or more to go 45 minutes away, why send mail that's supposed to go to the pas to flin flon and then some days it will scan flin flon then ten minutes later it's here hmmm how did it move that fast. These liars have a scanner they can say it's in flin flon when it actually here they just don't want to hustle like everyone else you are terrible workers and you would not get another dime raise and further more I would kick you all outside again in that damn cold as you all seem to enjoy on your picket lines. This company and it's upper management is a disgrace and those unions are terrible greedy pos.

several times they postponed the…

several times they postponed the delivery date on the day of delivery! and once again they left a piece of paper with instructions on when and where to receive my parcel, this is when you come home and expect to pick up your parcel, then instead of this you have to wait a day to go to the branch and pick up the parcel there, and why did you deliver it on a weekday during working hours?! Why couldn't you have left it at the branch and I would have just come and picked it up a day earlier? No one is responsible for anything at this post office, no one cares what happened to you, leaving a review is just as unrealistic as receiving your parcel, stupid post office and the most unreliable

The lost mail forwarding service.

The mail forwarding service... total shit show. As their system is automated, any spelling or extra space on my recipient names get automatically rejected. For over a year (from 2023 to 2024), I had added a bunch of spelling options, added a manual scanning option to my service, still got half of my mail delivered. Confusing information from customer representatives. I had to explain to one of them, how "Succession Name of my Deceased Mom" is not a company name, and therefore I should not pay extra for a business account in order to have bank statements forwarded. Instead, they had delivered my mail to my previous address (where the tenant had not informed me nor did he mark "wrong address" on the envelope for the mail service to return the correspondence as it is custom) ; including cheques, financial and other sensitive information. Which I subscribed to their service to avoid exactly that.I have had enough so I lodged a complaint with the ombudsman (you know that obscure entity they have as an extension of HR with the sole purpose of defending the interests of those who pay their salaries), for having delivered my mail to complete strangers, and they concluded that Canada Post is at no fault, that supposedly they went as far as investigating at my previous address where the tenant had denied having received any of my mail. As if the later will admit in committing a federal offence by disposing of my mail.As a final joke, their recommendation and fruit of hard labour was to change the status of the mail forwarding service from "temporary" to "permanent".So take the advice of one of their customer service agents, "avoid this at all costs".

Mail delivery should check addresses before dropping off the mail

Canada post should instruct the delivery people to check the addresses before dropping mail off! Mail is being dropped off in wrong address and personal mail is being read by others and it should not! Mail is confidential and should be treated and delivered promptly.
