Not sure what the point of setting up a time is if you're not ready? We arrived at 6:10Pm like I organized and we had to wait for over 30 minutes. Others in my group who set up transportation had the same problems. I will just get my own taxi next time.
Easy to book round trip transportation from the Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. It was a little challenging to find our driver at the airport, as they weren’t standing with a sign with our names on it as we were told they would be, but once we found them it was an easy trip down. They were on time picking us up from the resort on the way back to the airport and it was also an easy trip back. Would definitely use this company again for future travels!
We used Etransfer for pickup and drop off between Cancun airport and hotel. In general, they have very good service. Only thing unexpected was when the driver drop off us to airport, he forgot to ask which airline and assume us to use Air Canada in Terminal 2 since we are from Canada. After we got to Terminal 2, we realize we had to take a taxi (costing $25) to Terminal 4. Luckily, he was still there after we got off for 10 mintues, so he took us to Terminal 4.
Instructions to arrive to the taxi ride pick-up Platform C after immigration and customs were good and accurate (upon reservation). Our ride to the Resort in the Hotel Zone was pleasant and uneventful. This company is good, and reliable.
