Overpriced and took them 8 days before…

Overpriced and took them 8 days before they bothered to send it once I had the tracking number and was able to trace it back. Tried to get in touch with them over their contact email after 5 days because they made me pay for tracked 48 postage but Royal Mail were on strike so I expected a delay.They never replied. It cost me £28.99 in total for a candle that to be perfectly honest is a Woodwick candle that you can find on Amazon for £10 LESS and next day delivery if you’re a Prime member (not promoting Amazon) Thanks.

Two Yankee candles ordered

Two Yankee candles ordered, supposed to be 75 hours burn time but after just eight hours it’s half way gone and you can only smell it if you are riight next to it

They are amazing

They are amazing. Great prices, and although delivery may take a little longer than normal it's totally worth it. They come well packaged and they have a really good range of branded candles. My favourites are candleberry and goose creek.Highly recommended 👌

Awful Customer Service

Order dispatched more than a week ago, despite a request to cancel it. Item has not arrived, and four emails to customer service have been completely ignored. No telephone contact is available. Absolutely appalling service.

Received the wrong item, no response from the support for more than a month. Obviously, the item i got is cheaper than the one ordered.

Really disappointed as I emailed them…

Really disappointed as I emailed them to cancel my order within a few hours of ordering. They reply back after 2 days saying its too late and if I want a refund let them know. Now I replied back but getting postmaster delivery failure as this email address won't accept my emails! What a con!

Good prices and good service

Great company and I had good service. I managed to get some candles half price, which is fab for gifts! There was a slight blip but the company responded very quickly to me, and resolved the issue which is more than I can ask for! I’d use them again :)

I didnt even want to give this company…

I didnt even want to give this company ONE star !!BEWARE!!!....This company is a SCAM !!!.....I placed an order and an item did not arrive ! I contacted them through email and the email was rejected !They have a few emails so I tried the other.They replied asking me if I wanted a replacement but I had already informed them I wanted my money refunded. I have contacted them FOUR times through email and TWICE through FACEBOOK and they still havnt replied !An absolute skam of a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY .....I will expose this skam !!
