Review Time
When I placed my order I accidentally had put the wrong address in and only noticed afterwards. I emailed them straight away apologising and seeing if it would be possible for them to change the address for me and to my surprise they replied within an hour to say they have successfully done this for me!Considering they shipped my order within 1 day and were still able to change my address was really impressive. Great customer service.
Ordered a buy one/get one free medium jar candle but only one was delivered. I emailed the company but no response for two weeks. I emailed again and received an apology for an IT issue at their end. I hadn't read the offer properly and it was my fault only one jar was delivered but Candles Direct honoured the deal and another was dispatched and delivered a few days later. They even apologised for any inconvenience caused despite it being MY fault. Great service and a lovely product from Yankee Candle. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will order again in future.
I placed an order as the Yankee candles here are slightly cheaper than other places.I received my order in a reasonably decent time but I received the wrong item with one of the products - it was a small candle of a random scent (wedding something) - whereas I ordered a large pink sands candle a bit bizarre when the packing list inside has the correct items listed.I’ve contacted customer service via email as no contact number is given and I haven’t had a response for the past five days so I decided to review my experience on here.I have sent my items back via a self paid tracking service and hope to receive a refund soon and I will update my review according to how the return goes.
Was sent a buy one get one free medium jar e-mail with link attached. Used the link to purchase, only sent one candle. Have e-mailed the company twice to no reply despite their website saying they aim to get back within 24 hours. Have never had issues before so shocked that I’m having to take this route to try and provoke a response from them. Poor service.Update. Apparently there was a problem with their email system and responses were not being sent. My problem has since been solved.
This was the first time I have used Candles Direct and it most certainly will not be the last, for price and quality of service is outstanding and I would most definitely recommend this company, thank you so much Candles Direct for the service you have provided.
