Review Time
Hi this is the first time I have used this company and I will be using them again in the future their candles are beautiful.and they were very well packaged.i would recommend them for their Yankee candles and the staff are also first class.thanks again candlesdirect.
Brilliant I was worried when I read the reviews that I was being scammed but my parcel turned up in 3 days and they responded to my email in a few ours. Candles are in perfect condition. Very happy would definitely recommend and buy agian
Hello.Wish I could read these comments and see instagram account ( not active since 2022) Website look professional.so I ordered an advent calendar Yankee candLes.I've got quick emails about my order number and it dispatched and got tracking number.BUT the problem is Spanish custom's requires declaration documents so my parcel can travel to my address.They don't respond to my emails! Or no phone number for costumer service ..so you are completely STUCK!! So my parcel is being held at customs in Madrid because only them can provide the missing declaration documents for the parcel..now other problem I found Is that we must contact them for a return before we want to return! So HOW Can I contact them if they won't reply to their emails!!?? learnt my lesson Always check social media accounts too..I didn't!If I would seen the comments I wouldn't order from them! because if I won't receive a package I will loose my money too!
I was worried about ordering as there were a number of concerning reviews, but there were enough positive reviews for me to take a chance (though I paid with PayPal to cover myself, just in case).Everything was great, I can't fault them. I recieved a despatched notification the day after I ordered, three days later my order was delivered by Royal Mail (ordered on the 10th August, delivered on the 14th).I had ordered two medium sized candles and two reed diffusers. Everything in the order was correct, and packaged well to avoid damage.
DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL'S AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER They have taken my money for a order and not confirmed the order so not sure if and when i may receive .Have sent 10 emails and they cannot be bothered in replying This is not the first time this has happened so will never order from them again
This company owes me £63.88p since 2/05/23. I made a order + cancelled it with in 10/12mins of making it. I was told, with in that time parcel was on its was. I sent it straight back on 2/5/23 + I'm still waiting for my hard working money back!! Now they have £63.88p worth of unwanted plug in fragrance + I have nothing. I just want my money back. I've sent email other email + they ignore me! I also have proof of my return. Please guys keep all Yr paper work! I believe this cld be a scam!!!
