Be aware of his company they are as smooth as glass.I brought a near new ram it came with the previous owners warranty half way through but they wouldn't accept it.It's because they wanted me to have there warranty but you pay through the nose for.Then when it comes to a claim good luck.I couldn't take the car as they said it needs to be serviced. All they do is change the oil. No filler change.The car doesn't get checked over very well I found lots of faults. They take for ever to get back in touch with you once they have your money it's over.The old saying do a good deal we tell 100 people do the wrong deal we tell 1000 people. Had been trying to sell my CX9 for some weeks. All sorts of offers, some private and mostly wholesale. Got a message from Greg Reynolds from Carco, offer was good, but mentioned was waiting on private buyer. Private buyer at last minute fell through, message Greg, came on Sunday night, checked the car offer was good. The admin side and payment was done within a day. Vary happy with the experience.
Hello, At the beginning of this year, I purchased a Suzuki Jimny from you. Now I was heavily manipulated into purchasing the warranty for an extra $4000 even though I stated multiple times I did not want it.I took my car in for a service with you on time, and was told I urgently needed new steering rods and you would submit a claim with my warranty for me. I asked if I could have all correspondence via email, as I work during your opening hours and can not take phone calls. I was told this was okay.Several weeks go by and I have heard nothing from you. I reached out via email multiple times and no one responded to me.Months go by, and I am worried about my steering rods that need to be “urgently replaced”. So, after failing multiple times to get in contact with you, and feeling like I have been manipulated, scammed and had money stolen from me basically, I decide to leave a bad review to get your attention. And voila, after months of not being able to contact you whatsoever, I am immediately contacted.I was told to book my car in for the steering rod replacement. I attempted to respond to this email, because still, not a single person has told me whether or not this will be covered on warranty. I ask for more information and I am once again ignored. No one replied. This was months ago now. So once again, I will leave a bad review so I can get your attention as my steering rods need to be replaced so “urgently”.I request a full refund of my warranty that I paid for, because you clearly do not honour this warranty, you just take thousands of dollars from people, and ghost them as soon as their car needs something fixed.I am a very upset customer, who will be taking their business elsewhere as soon as I can, but I request that $4000 be returned to me, seems as it is a complete scam that I was manipulated into purchasing.It bothers me that this is how you treat people, and all you are after is money.I will be telling my friends and family not to purchase anything through Carco, as I am simply appalled by your customer service.I look forward to hearing from you soon.
