We had a crisis when I fell, and I was so grateful to have the carelink services. My daughter said that she was really pleased with how everything went, when you are In a situation, it’s comfort to know that carelink are there. It would be very worrying without it
It is really reassuring to know there is a person available and ready to call for help if necessary. My mum is 84 has limited mobility and has had several falls. She can call for assistance anywhere in the house if she needs to. The call centre keeps in touch with her until an ambulance or one of her relatives can get to her. Any interaction my family has had with the admin side has been very positive and efficient.
My mother had the carelink24 alarm for years. She had a serious stroke during the alarm cancellation period (one month after renewal) Cancelling the contract was the last thing on my mind as she entered palliative care. Carelink24 didn’t want to return ANY money to mom although I’d just renewed the contract for her ! Be aware !!
