The experience CareLink offered has been very goood indeed. Fortunately I have, after several years, finally had an hip replacement and am finding that my main use now is merely to explain that I have called by accident and could my call be cancelled! Excellent service from the very first call. Everything explained in full detail. All questions answered, nothing too much trouble. First dealt with Drew who was very patient with all my questions and 'what ifs'. Spoke with my Mum who was happy to go ahead. Called back and spoke with Harry who was very polite efficient and helped guide me through the contract process. Awaiting delivery tomorrow ready to set up.
