Failed to deliver

Paid extra for express delivery. Sent a tracking link from an obscure company I'd never heard of that didn't work. Then got email a week later claiming it had been delivered when it hadn't. Emailed them and they claimed Royal Mail had delivered it to a neighbour (the tracking wasn't even for Royal Mail). No card through letterbox to say it had been delivered. Not delivered and now ignoring emails. Going to claim money back from card company.

Looks like it will be euro small claims court

I bought 2 roof racks both took time to come, the first one fitted ok but Instructions not great. The 2nd one took very long and arrived a day before I needed it for holiday and didnt fit at all. £140 and I emailed them and they said they'd do an internal investigation and can I send photos. Sent 10 photos and not heard a thing since! I'll give it another week and send them a formal 14 day warning and take it to European small claims court and they can refund me and pay those fees. Mick's Garage you are awful!!

Arrived in less than a week, but through a strange sounding carrier with a tracking system that didnt work and you just knew it never would ? Seems like good quality stuff, although i havnt as yet fitted it entirely or carried anything...

Avoid Car racks / Micks Garage at all costs! Or it will cost you! an…

Car racks / Micks Garage is an absolutely terrible company; they sent only half my order and have done nothing to rectify the matter after I informed them. Its been weeks now and they have ignored all of my attempts to resolve the issue. Am now having to engage my credit card company to attempt to reclaim the money they have taken. I do not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company (scam!)

Great product - no communication

The product was ideal as with many others it was the lack of communication, a telephone number that wouldn’t connect and it took an age to respond to an email. The product arrived, fitted perfectly and was greatvalue.
