Dreadful service. I ordered a roof rack which was advertised as 75kg max load. It arrived and the manufacturer information stated 50kg. Carracks agreed that they would arrange a courier to collect as the sale had been misleading. However, when it came to arranging courier, they went silent and sent automated responses. I ended going beyond the 30 day at which point they no longer responded. Phone number is an automated message to e-mail. E-mail is like getting blood out of a stone. Micksgarage also connected and no response from them to help.I am now out of pocket to the tune of £110.Go elsewhere!
Bought roofbars for new car leaving plenty of time before holiday.Was a bit worried that after ordering the item was not being delivered from uk but from Eire.Nonetheless a tracking number was supplied and as soon as item reached uk a new number was issued up by parcel force.The whole process took 3-4 days, as expected, and a 1st class item delivered.Fits perfectly and has roof box on now ready for an early start tomorrow.
If your reading this I hope you have seen the many terrible reviews before you order.Only half my delivery arrived (no roof bars) and despite emails to the company no resolution has been offered. Tried the phone number and its clearly been disconnected.Based on the tracking their based in Ireland so you cant exactly pop round to speak to somebody.Have this morning had email saying a new part has been sent. Lets hope it arrives.
