Tim came out to my house today to discuss screening in my pouch. He was a sweet man and he really took his time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything well before invested in the project. I was a little nervous to part with my money- but I always am. He made me feel like my money is in good hands.
Excellent customer service. I didn't feel pressured to commit to anything when the salesman was at my house. We did wind up purchasing our two storm doors through Champion and the guys that installed them did a fantastic job. They made sure the outside area around the door frame was fixed/replaced so the whole door frame looked nice again.
1) Installers arrived late (after 2-hour window) with no courtesy call to give us a heads-up.2) They were about to enter our home maskless until I specifically requested it.3) Two window sashes were left with "bowing" flaw. Awaiting new replacement sashes.4) Installers did not initially install screen door lock on patio door. We had to request additional service all to correct this.5) Calls to company were not returned until after 2 weeks.6) We filed BBB complaint until all issues resolved to our satisfaction.
We love our new window and would use them again .But they seemed rushed putting them in bc they were super busy and over booked.Very hard to communicate with local store or installer because everything is centralized thru corporate in Ohio, a state away.
