Our windows were installed in May. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up all materials before they left. Several weeks later I noticed that one of the screens had several small holes. I contacted the company and the screen was replaced within the week.
We had our home built two years ago. Recently,we noticed that the siding the builder used was not holding up, we contacted Champion. Our home looks amazing! Several of our neighbors stop by just to tell us how beautiful our home is. Thanks Champion
I would recommend Champion Windows. Ammy was very professional in showing the windows to us & the gentlemen who came & measured the windows was very professional & the 2 men who installed them were very nice & put the 11 windows in including a bay window in 2 days. They cleaned up after putting the windows in. All were so easy to work with.
Champion Windows did a professional job replacing the old, inefficient windows at the Edgemere VFW with new Champion windows. Our Champion windows have already lowered our cooling bill this summer and our members love the new, clean look it gives to the Canteen after our old casement windows. Champion's lifetime guarantee was a wonderful bonus for our Post Home. We highly recommend Champion for their help in purchasing, for a top-notch installation, and for standing behind their product . We had to wait almost 5 months with absolutely no update from when we signed the contract to when our doors were installed. Every time anything had to happen, measuring the size for example, we had to call or email to complain because it wasn't being done. We were extremely frustrated and will never purchase from them again.
My rating has decreased to 2 stars instead of 5 stars. My window was cracked upon installation which I was assured another window will be reordered and replaced within 8 weeks. 10 weeks later, I have no update or follow up regarding my replacement window. I finally was able to get in touch via email with Champion who stated my window has arrived however they are booked out one month for installation and would be an "exception" to have my replaced window installed this week. I have been charged for 100% of labor and product however this job is not 100% complete. As a consumer spending over $8,000 on products and services, I find it outlandish a follow call wasn't provided, no one was available to assist me (except via email), and me being charged 100% of a completed job when it still hasn't been completed yet.
