Terrible customer service, Have to wait for ever for service 8 weeks for a replacement window, Then have to wait another 6 to8 weeks to get installed, Also have to pay trip fee first before they would even schedule service, since when to you charge customer first, when haven't received window. Complain to them out at the warehouse where I had to go to pay,The person that took my money said if I didn't like it to sue them, That's some customer service, He was the 3rd person I had to fine to even take my payment the first two people didn't want to be bothered!!
The salesman was very knowledgeable. I felt very assured about my purchase. I had a question a couple of weeks later and he was no longer with the company. I tried to communicate with customer service and could not get a straight answer. Was told first one thing then another. I was finally able to speak with Ryan our local area manager. I felt that she was honest with me and went over and above to get my windows installed. The installers were wonderful too. I am very pleased with my windows.
We contacted Champion Siding & Windows in late April to schedule an estimate for our property, which is nearly five thousand square feet and requires over $70,000 worth of work. Initially, they scheduled a salesperson to visit on May 6th, but nobody showed up. Upon contacting the company, they claimed our appointment was actually on May 13th. Again, there was no show, and no communication from our salesperson, Kyle. After calling once more, they rescheduled us for May 20th. Frustrated by their lack of professionalism and reliability, we decided to cancel our appointment and requested to be removed from their records. It's concerning when a company can't even manage to show up for an estimate; it makes one question how they would handle the actual work or address any issues that may arise. We wouldn't trust them with such a significant project.
We had the best service rep we have seen in a long time, Mr. Bracey. He was on time, nice, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. He was patient with me because I couldn't decide what I wanted, he gave me pros and cons and sample pictures of the two designs I liked.The price fit my budget.
Courtney could not have done a better job of presenting the product, procedure and cost. She was very thorough explaining the material used and comparing it to what is typically used by other companies. She was patient, answering all of our questions, she was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was a very positive experience.
