Champion windows is the only place I will make my purchases. I know their quality. I know their warrantees. And their staff is trained well in doing their job. I had Jake and Jeremy today and nothing but professionalism and kindness. Always a pleasure doing business with this company.

Mike the service rep for Champion was prompt which I appreciated. I have 8 windows broken seals. Mike explained everything and then measured and priced out the job. He was knowledgeable and professional. Gave me the quote at the end of the process. I also liked the lifetime warranty info that he shared with us. Will be recommending him to friends and family. I am pleased with the overall product. The salesman could have offered more options. the install staff was great. i even recieved a follow up call less than a hour after completion. That's the end of the good news! On the follow up call, I asked to have a receipt sent to me and the response was "when the checks clear call us back". I tried on two occasions to call and each time was on hold for at least 20 minutes before hanging up. I then did an online request for a receipt and have yet to get a response or a receipt. The time frame here is 12 days. I finally went to your office on Woodman and Michael was able to produce this receipt in about 2 minutes. I guess the company business plan is" love the customer until you get paid and the ignore them in the future".
Our sales representative, Crispian Trewhella was awesome. We currently have a Three Season Sunroom built in 1995. My husband and I explained that we wanted to keep existing foundation and knee wall. Just interested in new walls and roof. Cris listened. Walked us thru process with a few suggestions. Went to showroom next day and signed paperwork. Cannot wait for installation.

Great and very prompt service from the Customer Service Rep who took care of my issue(Thank You Marie Downes)!I honestly didn’t think I was going to receive such great service when I called and spoke with an agent. She was not very pleasant and told me it would be 60-90 days before I receive a call from a Service Rep. Marie called me the very next day!!
