Product is awesome, installers were great to work with but the rest of the process has been absolute garbage. Unkept promises, months long delays, complete lack of communication at the local and national level. Would not recommend them outside of a quality product
In May of 2023, I bought new windows from Champion and that is a transaction I regret immensely over a year later. They will tell you about their lifetime warranties, which is what sold me but isn't honored by them after they have installed those windows. I have began filing civil litigation against them for this. Even their own salesperson apologized to me for misleading me and lying to me about what was promised, which was cold comfort after having spent well over five thousand dollars with them. There are many competent windows installers to pick from, this is not one of them.

Overall, our experience with Champion was A+ professional. Mike Bradley was our initial contact with Champion. He was knowledgeable about the product, easily answering any questions we had and was very personable. Our order took a little longer than we were told, but the windows were specialty items so that is understandable. We had a couple of status updates, but because of the unusual length of time in the manufacturing process, it would have been good to have more frequent updates. We couldn't have asked for a better installation process- perfect. The installers were efficient and no-nonsense with their work, resulting in beautiful windows. We met with Matthew Greene, the Installation Inspection Manager after the installation, who advised us of problems with some of our other windows. It was a pleasure to work with Matt on deciding which windows really were needing immediate attention. We purchased five more windows! I very satisfied with the quality of service and materials that we have received.
This nightmare started in 2023 with a purchase of new windows for the whole house and a new front door. It took 6 months for them to get the windows installed and the door, and they miss measured half the house. So back when the windows. Another 8 weeks plus and after me hounding the company they finally delivered the new windows but there were no screens. They said the screens were all ripped and they had to send them back in. The individual in charge of this project apparently had a drinking problem, left the company and never ordered the screens. He actually did tell me not to worry about the screens just to leave the windows open cuz now I have fresh air. We're into November of 2024 and I have no screens on the windows. I also had to send back to interior windows because they put them in with cracks in them. So now I'm waiting for those as well. The door now has to be lifted up physically to close. Two people have come out to try and fix this. Two guys were sent a month ago, to put the screens in and the window that was cracked and they showed up with a window. Where in the world are the screens? I had to get green sky involved so they didn't pay them, but we are almost a year and a few months later and I can't get this project finished? I want money back. Anyone who is crazy enough to use this company deserves what they get from this point forward if you're reading this. There are many other companies that install Windows. What champion did was over sell their product consistently and didn't have the people to install, have customer service, all they did was rake in money. If I could give this a zero star I would
