Absolutely love my purchase!!The bodysuit i got is stunning & I received so many compliments when I wore it.The sales assistants were so friendly & helpful & have consistently been so with every instore visit. Only wish I'd discovered them sooner. Will be a return client.
I like the style of the 3 jeans I ordered but sizing was off for all 3 (I bought the same size in all 3). One was extremely tight, one fit, and one was big. I also bought them at a discounted price from when charcoal gave buyers a 25% off discount from a 1 month delay in shipping from Black Friday and I asked to do an even exchange but they said they don’t offer that so I had to return (return costs are paid out of pocket) and repurchase for full price. Once I repurchase my correct sizes, I likely won’t be ordering from them again due to sizing being off, slow customer service responses, and poor exchange policy.
