Charcoal has become my favourite Australian brand. Items are exceptionally good quality and also reasonably priced. Customer service is excellent and my every purchase is shipped the following day. Their dresses and pants are absolutely divine, particularly dresses. I usualy wear Au size 8 or small and I never had problem with Charcoal sizing. All in all, high quality brand well worth the money.
I purchased 3 items online. Delivery was surprisingly fast. Unfortunately, none of the items fit even though I follows the sizing chart. I started the exchange/return process online. My order number is not found. I’ve emailed the address listed on their website for customer service and have not gotten any reponse. This is becoming a headache and I don’t recommend this to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card I feel like I’ve been scammed
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Have had 2 awful experiences with them. 1st time they took forever to send / cancel my order. 2nd time I reordered because they offered 25% off, ordered a size 6, everything came in a size 10 and now they're taking forever to process my return/refund. You're better off ordering from SHEIN.
I ordered some clothes on December 2nd. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my order. I have sent four emails and have only received one response so far, saying that the order is on its way. However, when I checked the tracking link, it showed that the package was never shipped from Charcoal, and the tracking link has since expired. Despite this, I keep receiving emails asking me to review my order, which I have not even received yet.
