Never received my dress

I ordered a dress 2 months ago, and I haven’t received it yet. It says it’s delivered on the app, but I can see that it’s not. Every time I try to contact them, they ghosts me. I’ve tried 10 times on mail and three times on instagram. This website is the worst!!!!

Here I am writing a trustpilot review…

Here I am writing a trustpilot review hoping to get their attention! I also got the wrong size I ordered 4 and fit size 8 - huge and not flattering on me. Then I sent it back and paid $16 dollars for a label for them no never issue a refund- package has already arrived at their facility but not my money and it’s been about 3 weeks! Do not buy from this brand unless you have time and patience to deal with the wrong products and the non existent customer service!!

Disappointing quality and misleading handling

I received the Mallory Maxi Dress with visible brown splatter marks that looked like stains and did not match the dress shown online. Customer service claimed these were “natural fibre variations,” however they were very noticeable and not something a customer would reasonably expect.I also reached out via Instagram and initially received a message apologising for the stains, which was then unsent and replaced with a generic response directing me to email customer service which felt misleading.I paid return shipping and reordered again hoping it was a one off, only to receive the replacement with the exact same marks. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed that a product with such visible marks is being sold as acceptable. The process was frustrating and left me out of pocket for what I believe is a product quality issue, not a customer preference. Do better

The worst place to order online.

The worst place to order online.Customer service is doesn’t exist. I’m still waiting for a respond in the package they recieved more than two weeks ago.I have send multiple emails and no a single answer. I purchased the dress nearly two months ago. I am still waiting for an update if they have recieved after spending $ 680 in total.It is absolutely disgusting how this companies charge a lot of money making you believe you are going to recieve a quality service for the money you spent. Instead you get the ignored and when they reply not apologies at all.Avoid if you can buying from here
