I recently had an issue with my door locking system, and Simon Webb went above and beyond to get it resolved. He spoke with his manager, and once approval was given, Steve Hayles immediately took action and had everything sorted within five minutes. We recently had our skirting boards re-sealed by the team at Charles Church, Princes Park. Frankie was extremely quick to reply and very efficient in organising a date for us. Kevin carried out the work — he was incredibly hardworking, did everything perfectly, and was very friendly throughout. Thank you, Kevin, for going above and beyond! We really appreciate the excellent service from start to finish.
I understand that you must expect small problems like radiator leak etc.but woul not expect major problems like cracks in front house wall,drainage problems,flooding at reaer and the wind howling through all trickle vents. Front wall reported on Monday still no be inspected Friday.feel now that I am probably going to get professional to do my snagging report

Communication throughout the buying process has been terrible with estimated dates of completion been totally unrealistic and then rushed at the end. Communication issues have continued with snagging fixes. I have given a list of snagging issues 3 times now and still awaiting feedback on majority of items.Finish to the house I would say is poor and clearly been rushed and needs snagging to correct. Since the new site manager has taken over issues around snagging have improved 100%. Nearly all snagging issues now completed and regular visits and communication to see how things are going. Customer service team is still a waste of time and they could not be bothered to follow their own complaints procedure and respond to my complaint within the 10 days.
