Brilliant stove but the door keeps opening when fire hot so couldn't go out of the room incase anything fell out of the fire went to the shop where we brought it and said to lossen the catch and bang the door a couple of times before closing it appears to be working OK but catch is lose and still worry me that it will pop open
I recently installed a 2nd log burner from Charnwood - the AIRE 5, which speaks for itself. They are so efficient, using half the wood needed for our old log burner, and giving out twice as much heat for twice as long.The log burner arrived on time from Charnwood and was installed brilliantly here in west dorset by Dorset Fires and Chimneys. I thoroughly recommend this make and model.
