Great stove at a reasonable price. We got a free outdoor fire pit with our order and it turned out to be missing a piece. They sent me a replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service.

Only 4 stars as ive yet to use the charnwood duo5 kw… (summertime) install seems to have gone well. Although pipe to flu rund at a angle! Maybe a elbow connection would look better!
