The Charnwood technical department responded promptly, on one occasion immediately, to my questions and subsequent questions. Along with Charnwood outstanding products it is clear to see why they are a much loved and regarded stove manufacturer and their success is rightfully deserved in my opinion.
Quite frankly we have been blown away by the phenomenal quality of Charnwood stoves and the outstanding level of service of this runaway standard-setter in British stoves. We did a LOT of research and are delighted with our Charnwood Aire 3!!
