Too bad I can’t give them zero stars. This site is a fraud !!! Please stay away. I wish I read their reviews before I purchased tickets with them. I booked a flight, got no confirmation for another 3 days. Could not get through to talk to someone on the phone for three days, sent several emails, no response whatsoever. Finally got a phone call, the agent told me one of my two tickets is on stand by and there is no guarantee I will get it unless I upgrade and pay extra ( more than I paid for tickets). I told them to refund my money and they said no. I will call my credit card company right away. Sooo mad!!!!!
booked a flights that was $165 less than American Airlines website. Never got a confirmation but a phone call from someone with a thick accent that said was I good with the "restrictions" like no luggage allowed (there is always a carryon okay with AA), and they can change my date at their whim. I told them refund my money and they said no but they would upgrade me for $680. (the ticket I eventually got from AA was $446. I told them they were a bunch of crooks and I was going to call my credit card company right away. I beat them to the punch so did not get charged, but it shook me up. I had to freeze my credit card so these sheisters could not charge me.
Booked a flight. Reasonable rate. Cool. But don't get a confirmation nbr. Hour later lady calls and still won't give conformation nbr. But charged the credit card. Then if we have luggage we can't bring it cause we got a discounted price. And can't pick our seats. If we want cwrtsin seats it will cost us 240. Each for the upgrade. This is a one way ticket. I said I have to bring one check in bag. Ahe told me if I pay for the upgrade I can pick the seat and bring luggage.i tell hwr we'll cancel the reservation. She tells me that I can't cancel.it is a non refundable. I sais well give me my conformstion number she says that she can't at this time. Not till the day before we fly out which is Nov. 21st. Today is Oct. 16. So what do we do now.??? This place is a rip.off. I have notified the credit card company. I would NOT recommend this place.
I attempted to book flights from US to Japan on their website. After filling out all the forms, when I clicked "purchase" nothing happened. I called them and they told me the price quoted wasn't valid, and offered me a much higher price. I declined. They then called me with an "even better" offer on a different airline which I refused. They seem like crooks to me and I wouldn't do business with them.
My wife tried to book an overseas flight with this company. The website froze up and she got no confirmation of the booking for two days. By that time, she had rebooked the flight directly with the airline. They would not refund our money and she had to negotiate to get a partial credit back. Total scammers and I will never use them again. Beware!
10-4-2024Booked a flight then 2 hours later, I was told that I bought a "stand by" ticket and if I still wanted this flight I would have to pay $100 more. I was then told I had restrictions for this flight. No luggage at all and I wouldn't be able to pick my seat. I argued then finally hung up and called my credit card company. This is a fradulent company. I hope more people read this prior to using the company.
