Review Time
I was trying to book a flight from Samui to Bangkok for 2 persons. They always let me insert all the details, then told me the flight had just sold out. So I repeated the procedure with the same flight, but with a slightly higher price, again, sold out. I got really pi**ed off by this, and went straight to the respective Bangkok airlines to order the tickets directly. NEVER EVER TAKE ANYTHING THAT HAS "CHEAP" IN THE ITS NAME, IT WILL COST THE SAME AND YOU WILL ONLY GET PI**ED.
Horrible customer experience. I booked 4 tickets for Tokyo and my son got into an accident and fractured his foot. I asked for refund showing a letter from doctor for refund. The agent refused to give refund and suggested they will refund 40% of the money. I talked to American Airlines support, since we were booked on their flight and they clearly said that we will refund in full if cheap flights sends the request to us. This is very disheartening that cheap flights doesn’t process full refund for unforeseen situations. They have no right to hold our money as an agent when the airlines are giving full refund.
Paid over £870 Manchester to Bangkok only to be told 48 hours later that she would be on a waiting list and wouldn't know if fly or not 72hours before flight. I got caught like this once before so now had to part with over £350 and flying from London, not Manchester without choosing any seats! I asked to cancel the flight but was point blank refused. SCAM! Still waiting for the E ticket to arrive after 4 hours! Nothing! Next stop our bank!
Do not get scammed like we did. DO NOT book a flight through this company. We bought what appeared to be legit airline seats for our family for a trip to see grandparents, only to be called 12 hours after booking and told the plane was already full and we would have to purchase much more expensive tickets for our return flight. And NO they won’t refund the money for the tickets which was already paid in full. Only offered “a credit”. Horrible outsourced customer service that was hardly understandable stating their name was “Jerry Wilson” and their supervisor was “Jimmie Black” which were obvious fake names. Save yourself from wasting money and getting scammed and do not book through this company.
Brooks was great answering my questions in a chat. Very polite and professional. Once I supplied the necessary verification info, I was quickly given the information I need and the necessary confirmation codes for the airline checkins.
Cheapflights runs keyloggers on their website, your personal information is not safe with this company. I intended to purchase a flight, added my contact and payment information, but never bought a ticket. I found a deal elsewhere - I never submitted any information. However, I started getting texts from Cheapflights immediately. 1 day later I am getting fraudulent charges on the card I added. This was a new card and the only service that could have had that information was Cheapflights. Anything you type on their website is being logged, your information is NOT secure with this company.
Bunch of thieves & lairs They are scammers and don’t fall for their lies. They tell you your ticket will be ready in 72 hrs and then cancel on you last mins. When I called. Just said “ sorry, sorry we can’t do anything for you
I booked a flight. They emailed me to tell me that before they book my flight, they need to talk with me. Tried to charge me $400 more for a $78 dollar ticket. I told them not to book it. to cancel before. Kathy Stewart told me that its too late that the ticket was booked. I have proof that it wasn't. I told her she is a scam artist, hung up and called my credit card company to notify them of this altercation. STAY AWAY!!!!! NOT WORTH THE EFFORT OR THE FRUSTATION.
Do not fall into this trap, it is the biggest garbage and then they leave you to your fate, do not spend your money with these people, I made the payment for 2 people, 3 months before they sent me the flight confirmation, the day of the trip arrived and we did not appear on the boarding list, I had to buy with the airline right there and then report a fraud so they would return the money
