One of the companies they represent "FOGGYFY" It"s a SCAM and they do a BAIT AND SWITCH.I was on their website looking a flight deal. While I was looking, I also called of their representives to ask about the cost for seats, carry ons and stored luggage, since it did not appear in their ad. I was informed that the information would be obtained at the airport at time of flight, so I went ahead and booked the flight.When the application had been approved I was informed that I was NOT allowed luggage storage, carry-ons, no personal items and no purse. So I told him to cancel everything. After which he said I could get those items under a different package for another $500. I told him no, if I wanted to pay that price, I would go directly to the airline.He said I had to get the tickets because they had already been charge. I told him I would dispute the charged. When I checked with my bank, I learned that the charge was not even pending (ANOTHER LIE), so I had the bank close my credit card.Since then. I have been receiving constant calls from them trying to get me to agree to something other than what I wanted, I have tried blocking the number but they use a different one. PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THEM, and cheap flights DROP this company FOGGYFLY.
If there was a 0 I’d give that! I know the saying, “if it’s too good to be true it probably is!” Got my $ and now phone is disconnected!! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves! People work too hard for their money that’s why we search cheap flights to begin with!! I hope we all get our $ back and they get charged with fraud! And there are so many cheap flight sites. Started with hot flight deals, ended up being cheap flight fares. And a few others
Horrible and don’t waste your money on the cancellation insurance, they are nothing but a scam, disgusting customer service and useless employees, they put you on hold for over an hour, then come back and say they will get back to you.. guess what? Surprise they don’t and don’t respond to the emails. haha.. what a joke . They should be ashamed to work for such a company and to be such scammers
Be carefull with them! They are fraud and graud! I bought à plane tickets then wait for a confirmation.i send à email, someone trier to call me back at 10pm and fi alla send à mail saying that i had to confirm back thé réservation.I did not and cancelled everything as i smell à scampi.one week later they used my credit card to buy 260 usd train tickets in amtrack Washington! Had to Block my card as they were trying to get more! Go back!!!
Booked a flight for my son. It was really cheap should of known it was a scam. I didnt understand a word the guy said, i input all the info and then paid only to see the end results of the ticket. My sons profile said he was a female so I called and asked that they fix that only to find out they couldnt because that meant cancelling the flight and finding another one. The flight was 250 and after trying to fix his gender by rebooking the cheapest flight was 879. Mind you all this because this was their mistake of removing male and inserting female. this was their way of scamming me. Good thing i cancelled by credit card. Worst customer service oh and you also have to pay extra for every single back including carry on bag. rude rep said it was my fault that i had to have read the what seemed like 10 pages of guidelines. Never ever book with this company.
I am going on vacation with my daughter, who is graduating from high school, and my mother, who would be celebrating her 50th wedding anniversary with my father, who passed away 4 years ago. I purchased tickets. Nothing ever happened, so I called American Airlines. There were no tickets in my name. They sent me an email stating that they canceled my tickets for a full refund. It has been over 20 days and still no refund. I am going to my bank this morning to file a dispute. I am also getting my family attorney involved. I will get my full refund back on way or another.
