Booked our flight with them, thought everything was fine, then received a call that that there was a mistake with one of the names (LIES!!!) and we had to buy a different ticket (costing more than I could get with the airline). I asked for a refund, they said could changed it for less. After paying to make the change, they then told me we had to pay for luggage or we'll not have even hand luggage, but unfortunately for them, I had seen the airline luggage allocation. I told them that we'll take the risk!
These guys are horrible. After purchasing tickets months before our flight, and purchasing the insurance, we fell victim to the GREAT WINDOWS Update in July our flight was cancelled and we ended up having to settle for a refund that is 400 dollars less. They are crooks, thieves and incompetent in customer service. Do NOT make the mistake of using this company. They will find a way to steal money from your family. One star is way too much to give these crooks.
Oh my GOD, the biggest crooks. They just told me I cannot take bags on the flight because it is a discounted fair. Why would that matter when I have to pay for the baggage anyway? He claims he's calling the airline to get approval. What did I get myself into?????
Don’t be fooled by this site. The flight numbers and times do not exist. If you look up the flight directly from the airline, it will show a completely different time and flight number. They want you to call so they can book you to a real flight that is close to 100% mark up from what’s quoted on their website. This company is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money with them.
