If I could give zero stars, I would. They canceled our reservation without notice for our flight tonight! We were forced to scramble for another flight for an upcoming cruise. I will never use this service again and expect my money back.
Avoid booking here. After making my reservation, I received a call stating the flight was overbooked and had to pay more to rebook. Days before my flight, it was canceled, causing significant issues. Their customer service mishandled my personal information and attempted to scam me with a third-party app.
When booking, the seats chosen are not honored by the airline since they offer fares without seat assignments until 24 hours before the flight. This is very misleading. They should inform customers about this policy and not charge for seat assignments that aren't guaranteed. They promised a refund for the seat assignment fees but have yet to issue it. Had I known, I would have booked directly with the airline.
Deceptive practices. My sister booked a flight only to be told later that no seats were available at the quoted price. After a confusing exchange, they charged her more to book the flight, despite her already having paid. They even threatened to cancel her ticket if she didn’t pay more. Thankfully, another airline confirmed her seat. Avoid this service at all costs!
