CheapFlights showed me the results and BravoFly was one of them. So 0 Star for these guys to show some scam business on their website. Never Ever come here to buy ticket.
Unless you select known, recognizable sources like Priceline, Orbitz, etc... cheapflights.com is a complete scam. Scammer companies post low prices that do not exist. After you place your order, you'll get an email that says "Your reservation is still pending, you have to call us because there's an issue". So you call, and voila... the $290 flight you thought you got a great deal on magically becomes a $680 flight.AND WORSE, you just put your credit card and personal information in there to purchase a flight... What happens to that information after you put it in, thinking you're dealing with a legit company?????
Because of one lady operatorI had such a bad experience!There was a mistake in the ticket I first booked, so I called in customer service, now I can’t remember the name of the operator, but if I did I would definitely report her. I had to figure out the mistake in the ticket, and the operator wouldn’t bare listen to me, she kept sighing as if she was done and over with her job, and kept telling me to listen and repeated the same thing over and over. After hearing her out, I told her that that was not the problem that had occurred, the problem was in the payment, and she kept telling me I was wrong. I was already stressed because of the payment, and the operator was getting on my nerves. So before I could get any angrier I asked her to give me the email of customer service of the agency which she ended up giving me the wrong spelling of. It took me 1hr talking to her before I was completely fed up and couldn’t take it anymore, and ended up calling again and speaking to someone else who resolved my problem within 10min.
This is for the First time I booked my flight with Cheapflight, my flight is scheduled at 9AM but I'm yet to get the web check in mail, neither I'm seeing any option of checking it in the app. I'm so disappointed pls give me my money back.
Last night (01 Aug 2022) I looked for a ticket from cheap flights (Manila-Singapore-Bangalore). They offered me a flight on Jetstar Asia from Singapore to Manila and charged my credit card, when booking from Singapore to Banglore the credit card got declined despite having enough money in it for flight tickets and more. I'm unable to speak / chat with any of the cheapflights.com customer service staff and their contact number just keeps rininging as busy. My money from the Manila-Singapore flight has to be yet refunded. This has cost me a lot of time and extra money for booking a new flight now! Being an intermediary and a service provider it is their responsibility to know which airlines decline credit cards etc., not to make the customer wait and lose their time and money!!!!
I have spent a lot of time researching airline tickets .. to visit my granddaughters in Washington.. I came across this site called cheapbestflights…per their site it would cost $1168.63 for 3 passengers, me being skeptical I called the (855)222-7164 number on the website spoke to a man I could hardly understand I ask him if I could get a price for a flight for three passengers from Louisville Kentucky to Seattle Washington from July 22 to August 2 I told him the time frames just as I had entered online however I did not tell him I had researched them on their website, just that I wanted a quote prior purchasing.I was asked to be on hold for a few minutes when he came back he give me a price of $2238 I ask him why the difference in the price he said and the price online he said the $1168.63 is for the basic and that I would be going into the main cabin at a discounted rate. I told him I wasn’t interested in that I wanted the lower price he said oh well those are not available. If you are going to post some thing online you need to be honest upfront and legitimate so I hope the posting this on here will help other people not get caught up in their scheme. What would happen if I would’ve purchased that online at the $1168.63. It’s sad companies can be so dishonest.
Walter and Chloe are the most unprofessional, uneducated, rude people I’ve ever spoken with in my entire life. One was worst then the next. Had no compassion or empathy with my situation in trying to cancel a flight. I was open to anything unfortunately they offered my nothing. Never use this website to buy tickets. Use airline directly. Disgusting attitude as soon as Walter got on the phone with me and they kept putting me on hold on purpose. Just really horrible people, never again.
