Review Time
The absolute worst time I have ever had to deal with by booking through Cheapflight.com. First of all they call me 2 days before my flight is booked to leave and tell me it's been canceled and I will have to take a different flight there and back now. Instead of my original booking times of May 31st leaving at 8:30 p.m. and arriving in Las Vegas around 9:30 was changed to May 31st 11 p.m. and arriving in Vegas at 11:58. So with absolutely no reason why and very little heads up actual change to happen so when I spoke to the representative about getting a different time they told me that I would have to pay the difference to get a flight closer to my original booking. The service is terrible customer support is absolutely terrible will never use this booking agency again Play suggest you guys do the same
If you like getting ripped off, this is the place to do business. They charged me $199 for a dump of a hotel room. The LaQuinta Inn & Suites Causeway in the New Orleans area had an bad smell and, their free continental breakfast was a brown paper bag. I was glad I only stayed a few hours because my flight arrival was after midnight. They would not give me a refund.
I would leave negative stars if I could. YOU GUYS STOLE $137 DOLLARS FROM ME. IT IS ON A RECORDED LINE THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED EXTRA TO CHANGE MY FLIGHT. THEN I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT CHANGE MY RETURN FLIGHT TILL I GOT TO MY DESTINATION. THEY SAID THE MONEY WOULD GET REFUNDED AND IT NEVER DID. YOU GUYS ARE THIVES AND LIARS. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN SO MISTREATED BY A COMPANY IN MY LIFE. NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS!!!!!
Don’t buy any tickets with this company I call to get a refund because American Airlines don’t have permission to flight to Nicaragua American aprecies the refund but this company only give less than American approved I spend 900 on tickets and they only want to give me a refund of 340 went I spent 900 dollars. And went you call to ask for the refund they answer we bad attitude they have bad service
Please DO NOT EVER book through this company, they supposedly have a 2nd party vendor who in my case was Skybird Travel. I had to cancel a return flight on Southwest Airlines, and I was supposed to receive travel funds refunded back to me for a future flight. Southwest Airlines cannot put the funds in my account because someone at CheapFlights claims they do not hold the funds. I was told when I called Skybird Travel that I would have to go to CheapFlights to do this. So, I have spent hours on the phone trying to get money back from a flight I did not take. I will NEVER book through this place ever again. I will book directly through the airline, and I suggest you ALL do the same. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities because I WILL get my money back one was or another.
If I could give a 0 star I would. This was the worst experience ever. We bought tickets months before or trip. The night before they send us our conformation and change our departure time and change the day completely for our return. When we called them to have them change our traveling back to what it originally was, they tried to make us pay an additional $56.00 for each ticket to change it. They placed us on hold for 40 plus minutes only to hang up on us. When we called back they hung up on us another six time. We never got the issue taken care of. The operators were from another country, could not speak English very well and were rude as hell. Do Not Buy With These People Ever!!!!!!
TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM. TRY TO GO THROUGH THE AIRLINE DIRECT ONLY. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR PICKING SEATS. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR HIDDEN ITEMS. THEY DID NOT TELL ME ONE OF MY FLIGHTS WAS CANCELLED. DEALING WITH THEM ON THE PHONE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND LONG. THEY ARE SCALPERS WHO JACK UP PRICE ON YOU AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY.
Just booked a flight before seeing the reviews of their website. Not sure if it’s entirely legit, so I called to cancel. The first guy was very aggressive on the phone and I was ultimately too scared. The second time I called and finally told him I wanted to cancel the call somehow got disconnected... they charged $100 for flight seat reservations, but when booking on sun country, it was about $9 to choose. Might have to dispute with my card company if I don’t get any other kind of information about my flight. I also had to check my spam for their first confirmation email so that didn’t make me feel any better.
