Airlines cancelled my flight and for each cancellation I need to keep paying this agent rm145 for handling fees. The ticket is only rm433, their staff Manesh told me if airlines keep doing cancellations, I will need to keep paying rm145 for each time handling, such a conjob site, booking direct with airlines is zero charges, better buy direct from the airlines company, do not buy any flight tickets from them. I told them just refund me whatever after deducting the handling fees and I have then rebooked my ticket again directly with the airlines company, really saves me a lot of unnecessary hassle!
I’ve never really understood how this site works! They are not travel agents but as I understand it link you up with travel agents who are offering flights! I’m sure they should check the standing of participating agents but obviously not! Their security of your payment details is weak! I was searching for a one way flight London to Harare and found a decent flight which was offered by Dream World Travel. They then sent me an itinerary for a Mr Mohamed flying on Ethiopian to some place. I was then sent a scam e mail asking me to register with their site which I did not. I was then phoned by an Indian fellow asking me if I wanted to complete my booking. I told him I’d been sent the wrong invoice and was no longer interested.I thought that was the end of it but two days later two debits went through my account totally unrelated to any flight. I had to cancel my cards and my bank was able to recover the payments but……stay away from Cheap Flights! I sent them an e mail describing my experience and other than an e mail telling me they were not a travel agent and weren’t responsible there has been no feedback from them!
Cheapfly totally ripped me off! Dream trip to africa for a safari. Departing out of Dallas. Qatar airlines business class. Flight gets delayed. The next day I’m still stranded in the airport. Qatar won’t answer their phone. No help with the couple of staff that is at the ticket counter. Chaos ensues. I discover both flights from the day before are canceled and everyone is scrambling to get a seat on one of the two flights tonight. I can’t get any help feom qatar so I reach out to cheapfly. They say they can get me on the plane! Seemed suspicious! I paid two payments totaling 800 dollars to PayPal! They made me send them a email saying I approved the charges. I got a seat in the plane. Later upon investigation Qatar’s service interruption department is the one that made the changes to my ticket and rebooked me. And at no charge!!! I called cheapfly and have been continually lied to foe a month! They would credit my account they said! But they did not! I should have followed my gut. Avoid cheapfly at all costs!
I bought tickiets from nyc to las vegas and back. 2 months befor flight I received notification that my flight to las vegas was changed and they aske me if i agreed to the changes or wanna cancel flight. I decide to cancel it. They told me that i can only cancel flight to las vegas but I can’t cancel flight back because nothing in this flight was changed. I was trying explaind them that if I don’t go to las vegas, I don’t need flight back because i am not ther. They don’t care about their costumers, they just want you to pay and after that they do what ever they want, and there is nothing you can do to get your money back. The same situation happened to me twice this month. Never ever again use them to buy tickets. Worst place do deal with, bunch of rip offs.
Frontier Airlines is the most disorganized and disjointed airline I have ever dealt with and their lack of compassion for their paying customers is appalling. Multiple delays, disorganized check-ins, terrible customer service, more delays, zero compensation, and more poor attitudes from the staff. Except for the pilots and ground crew Frontier Airlines is the worst flying organization on the airfield.
Where do I begin? I purchased flight tickets on 6/23 at 1:00pm (confirmation booking # received) and on 6/24 @ 2:15pm I received a cancellation notice. When I called to discuss why, I was told the tickets were no longer available by a gentleman named Lenny. I however did use AFFIRM to purchase my tickets which cost me $690... I was approved for much more ($1800) and have never been declined with affirm on any of my purchases... Cheap flights customer service proceeded to explain that it was my card that was declined... IMPOSSIBLE. I was then told, it was because the flight was booked and no longer available... and there were only two seats left. So which is it? Was my card declined, is the flight booked, or are there only two seats left? I then checked their website where it clearly says under their liability section: "Cheapflights.com takes all reasonable care to ensure that information on the site is up to date and accurate." To which they are in fact not accurate because if that was the case we wouldnt be able to book a flight and then be told it was no longer available 13 hours LATER...(customer service says it also takes 4 hours for them to cancel if payment doesnt go through so why was I told 13 hours later?) It also doesnt make sense that an approved financial lender like AFFIRM would be declined... Cheap Flights raised the price to $996 and told me there was nothing they could do, despite false advertising and not taking accountability, the only offer was : "if you pay with debit or credit right now I can give it to you for 434 each ($868) and I can ask to have have you seated together... (but wait i thought there was only two seats so how are you able to make that request) Cheap flights purposely cancels flights so you wind up paying more money they have zero integrity and zero moral! I will be doing business elsewhere as cheap flights insisted i do!
Supposed to go to Sweden the country changed their covid policy. They wouldn't let cancel my flight for a refund.they telling me I can get credit & I see the flight price $670 I asked them to get this flight they asked me to pay $70 extra I was paid $900... don't even try with this agent bad customer service plus scammer........
Horrible scam Never buy tickets from them they had my daughter and grandson waiting in the airport because they said the tickets were fraud …I had to book them 800 bucks through united airlines to get another plane supposedly the cheap flights are going to reimburse me lest see how true that is ..if not I’m going to try getting someone to investigate them cause that’s not right and I am gonna tell everyone not to every buy tickets from you all cause you have caused so much trouble for my 2 year grandson and my daughter and me …made me cry cause I haven’t seen them in a long time and you all just don’t care it’s all about the money right…
