If I could give a Zero I would!!! There worst company ever to deal with. Scammers!!!! Do not use them!! I never got my tickets and now they keep saying they refunded my credit card but they haven’t! Liars and scammers!!! They need to go to jail and someone needs to investigate them! It’s been 3 weeks and still don’t have my $3000 back! Such a waste of time and I am beyond angry.
CAN WE GIVE ZERO STARS??RUN, DO NOT WALK, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY.THEY NEVER BOOKED MY FLIGHT AND THEN TOLD ME 10 HOURS BEFORE TAKE OFF THAT MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELED.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LIED TO ME TRYING TO TELL ME THAT "ALASKA" CANCELED IT. NO THEY DIDN'T... I CALLED ALASKA AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE LYING.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: TRIED CALLING ALL DAY TO GET THROUGH AND IT EITHER WENT TO VOICEMAIL, OR JUST HUNG UP AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 30 MINUTES OF WAITING ON HOLD.NOW, WE HAVE NO FLIGHT TO OUR DESTINATION, WHICH NEEDS TO LEAVE IN 8 HOURS.RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.....
Had a flight booked for me an my family of 6 and soon as we got to the airport they told us our flight was canceled, cheap flights canceled the flights on the 23rd never called sent refund nothing. 1700$ gone communication sucks. Just a overall terrible experience
The worst company ever. I bought one way ticket Milan to Los Angeles, and they added ticket which I never requested-leaving from New York .I called them to find out that they made a mistake and canceled my flight after all. They tried to put me on different flight at 5am leaving from MIlan. they canceled my flight without telling me and also added flight from NY to Milan which I never even requested, horrible customer service. they keep you on hold for 50 min just to tell you they made a mistake or it's a glitch. Never again I will use them!!!!
This company is a SCAM. They partner with HOTFLIGHT DEALS. They charge my card for 1,900 to book a 5 tickets but didn’t. I asked for refund after 2 weeks , because no tickets were sent . They did something that it appeared as pending credit on my card that day, however next day it disappeared. Its been since May 13th I don’t see a credit. THEY ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS. They send me fake screenshots showing a refund but its not valid. I can’t believe that nobody can STOP THIS.”COMPANY “ to continue doing this.
Do not use this site with Foggyfly. This company has the worst service, that I have ever experienced. Cheapflights doesn't warn you about the individual a policies. Foggyfly will not guarantee the flights you confirmed/paid for. No cancellations after you confirm your flights. They will charge you for the entire cost. I ended up having to change my date and pay more for my seat. So, this wasn't a "cheapflight". You are better off buying direct. I waisted 3hrs on the phone just to receive a confirmation.
Do NOT USE them i ended up having to cancel my credit card I paid for a round trip for 287.00 then 4 hours later told my return flight was sold out so I had to switch flights they gave me the same flight just for an extra 900 dollars on top of the 287 I asked to cancel and they said they couldnt it was booked already but it wasn't because it was supposedly sold out. Customer service was terrible multiple ppl either put me on hold and never came back or hung up on me. Talk about stress and I just needed to get to my grandmothers funeral now im having to rent a car and drive because of the games this company plays one female rep even laughed in my face when i called and explained my situation she laughed at my frustration. Again do not use them its a scam !!!!!! There was also no fine print or warnings that after you pay it's subject to increase this should be illegal.
One of the companies they represent "FOGGYFY" It"s a SCAM and they do a BAIT AND SWITCH.I was on their website looking a flight deal. While I was looking, I also called of their representives to ask about the cost for seats, carry ons and stored luggage, since it did not appear in their ad. I was informed that the information would be obtained at the airport at time of flight, so I went ahead and booked the flight.When the application had been approved I was informed that I was NOT allowed luggage storage, carry-ons, no personal items and no purse. So I told him to cancel everything. After which he said I could get those items under a different package for another $500. I told him no, if I wanted to pay that price, I would go directly to the airline.He said I had to get the tickets because they had already been charge. I told him I would dispute the charged. When I checked with my bank, I learned that the charge was not even pending (ANOTHER LIE), so I had the bank close my credit card.Since then. I have been receiving constant calls from them trying to get me to agree to something other than what I wanted, I have tried blocking the number but they use a different one. PLEASE DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THEM, and cheap flights DROP this company FOGGYFLY.
