Do business with these folks at your own risk… the customer support is zero and they do not care what your experience is. Bottom line is there is an additional 400 it had to be paid to get my mom home. I fully understand that mistakes happen in both people and process, but how you handle these as a company is a lot about who you are. She was treated rudely… is offered zero help and even less empathy.
Sent a ticket for the dates I requested. Checked with the airline the reference was for 2 complete different months. I rang dhflights they admitted the mistake was on their end .. the flight was ment to cost£90 they charged my card £490 and have not refunded one penny after promising a refund
The reason for this review is to be aware of this company cheapflights! Please read you're reviews, this company is horrible! I was notified by email that I had a refund from cheapflights, what! I called them to see what was going on, only to speak with someone that I really couldn't understand! She notified me that they canceled our flight with only five days before departure, because of the airline, what! Was told that they would refund me within 24 to 48 hours, still waiting! This company really needs to be out of business, there practices is outrageous. It's best to buy directly from the airlines of whom you're flying with. Just my opinion! Cheapflight is not the way to go!
I booked flights for my parent’s through cheap flight website but they redirected to the fraud website BudgetAir. The flight got cancelled due tension between India and Pakistan on 07 May,2025. And that “Budget Air” not refunding the amount. Highly recommended not to use this “Cheap flights.com” for flights and other purposes.
I only decided to purchase from them because their website showed better seats i could PAY for (not even free upgrade) which other websites did not show available. After purchasing and paying around $800 extra SPECIFICALLY for those seats, the confirmation email they sent said those seats are not available so they assigned some random cheap seat to me WITHOUT refunding my seat selection fee! Also NOT Canadian despite their claim! Every single customer support was Arabic speaking and rude as well!! NEVER AGAIN!
Our flight was cancelled without notice, I was in a foreign country and lost sleep for three days on vacation thinking about how we will get out of there. They promised they will put us in the same flight but that never happened. I had to call thousand times from abroad. I was forced to take a longer two legged flight versus one leg. For 16 hours total versus 9 if I wanted to get out of a foreign country at same price or I will have to come up with 8000$ more for same flight. Airline claimed CFF made a bad reservation and that is why they cancelled. Customer service representative called me and left a message once in US. I call d back and left a message and they never called me. Terrible experience. Honestly we are many now whom have suffered the same experience. This company should not be in the market, they are hurting a lot of people and their precious time off which is a time of relaxation and enjoying after many months of hard work. Unacceptable!I was contacted by the company thru email and phone. I asked them to amend the mistake, stop doing this to others and compensate for all the frustration. I emailed back and called a couple of times to know if they had any answer to my request. No response, No email, No phone call so far.I will move another notch. AA will be included in my demand.
I believe I was misled by a fraudulent travel service. One of the representatives from "Air Reservation" quoted me a price of $2,294 for a trip to Jamaica for five people. However, when I contacted American Airlines directly, I discovered that the tickets were actually on hold for nearly $6,000, with no names attached to the reservation.The representative also informed me that I wouldn’t be able to access or view my tickets until 10 days before departure, which is well beyond the 24-hour window they initially mentioned. This delay would prevent me from making any necessary changes in time, effectively forcing me to either pay the $4,000 difference or cancel the trip altogether. Booking Canceled Without Proper Notice – Still No RefundI booked a flight on May 13th, and the company didn’t notify me of the cancellation until May 30th. This last-minute notice left me scrambling to find an alternative flight.I requested a refund on May 30th, but I was later told it wasn’t initiated until June 10th—11 days after my request. I was initially promised the refund would be in my account by June 30th, but that hasn’t happened. My bank shows no refund activity at all.Customer service has been frustrating—I’ve been hung up on twice, and no one can provide actual proof that the refund has been issued. Now I’m facing a potential 90-day investigation through my bank just to recover my money.This is a major red flag. I can’t recommend this company. Be cautious before booking.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I made reservations and they cancelled my ticket without informing me. I searched on the airline's site for my trip and could not find a booking. When I called Cheapflights, they told me that my ticket was cancelled and I would be refunded but I could book another flight with them!!! Some joke!!! I will NEVER do business with them again. In fact, Im waiting on the refund that they said is already in process - I want my money back!! About a day before my flight I received email notifications. I will keep you posted.
