Fantastic experience, while there was some small delays to receiving the product, this is a small family business and they were friendly and polite in everything that they do.I had great communication and they worked hard to get my order delivered and built for me.I would highly reccomend.

NIGHTMARE - AVOID! They have pretty pictures on their website but that’s it - overpriced shoddy products and heartless moneygrubbers running the place. How little they care about integrity is shocking.EDIT TO ADD: THIS WAS FLAGGED AS ILLEGAL/FALSE. It takes MONTHS to get one wishy washy reply from this company, but they will rush to get negative reviews removed within 24 hours. That says alot about who they are. There is nothing false in this review and they know it. Perhaps contact me and try to make up for the poor service?If only I could give 0 stars. This company is truly AWFUL; masquerading as a quaint chicken coop sellers, but actually running their business like con artists. Unlike many reviews, I received my coop within a fairly reasonable time frame after making payment. But from there on, it was honestly the worst experience I have had with a retailer.Firstly, it is NOT made with the same materials as in the photos and the wood is completely untreated contrary to their claims. I even showed them photo comparisons with their site because it was shocking. At first I was willing to over look the shoddy woodwork for a while until just 1 day of rain let in loads of water in both the nest boxes and roosting area. Then the automatic door opener I bought with Cherry Acres stopped working after 2 weeks. They had installed in such a way I had to dismantle part of the coop to access the door opener, even if it was just to replace batteries. But it was not that, it was completely faulty.To this day they have promised to send the invoice so I can get ChickenGuard to replace the faulty door and NEVER sent it. ChickenGuard won’t replace without proof of purchase so that’s £150ish down the drain.Then after notifying them and being very patient and eventually chasing them and proving they had provided garbage compared to their websites promises, they agreed a partial refund of £100 and admitted fault to for the leaky coop and faulty door opener. Well you’ll be shocked here but they have NEVER SENT THE REFUND or just an invoice/receipt for my order. £100 doesn’t even cover the cost of materials and labour to replace the roof, and that’s without starting on the leaking sides and other not-as-described elements. There’s too much to list here.This is NOT a lovely posh place to spend a bit extra on a pretty coop. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I was totally taken in by the lovely pictures and style of their products that I didn’t check Trustpilot for the first time in my life, and wow couldn’t have been a bigger mistake. I'm surprised it ever even arrived after seeing other reviews.On top of all that, when they do reply to emails it is vague and hard to read. If they bother to answer the phone, they fob you off, ask for your details, and never call back.They must be making absolute bank off this scam. Cheap materials, badly built and not fit for purpose, and charging an absolute joke for the pleasure of owning something that would be cruel to house animals in (without the modifications and repairs you will be paying out of your own pocket for).I hate intense reviews usually but I would actually go harder and list further ways they were awful, if I didn’t suspect they will already look for ways to have this taken down. DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THE PRETTY IMAGES OR THE RARE GOOD REVIEW. They did not provide what is pictured, and the service from start to finish was appalling.
We ordered an animal field shelter and lead time was 2-4 weeks. We are thrilled with the product. The quality of the structure is great! There were a couple of changes to the delivery date which were all communicated well and still our structure was installed in the original stated lead time frame. This was all around Christmas too! Very pleased and would recommend to others, based on our experience.
Great size and build quality. I like that the company were able to make changes and create something bespoke for the slightly difficult space I had.I hope the structure holds up in the wet and doesn’t start to rot. I know there is a protective seal at on it, and we do plan to paint it next year.
