Excellent well built product that was delivered within the stated time. Worth speaking with the supplier before ordering as bespoke options are available if the items does not exactly match your requirements. Nice friendly people to deal with.
The communication was excellent.Dan was extremely helpful and took a lot of time trying to explain the layout of the bunny house to me.We had one changed delivery but this can't be helped for small companies especially given the distance they were having to travel to us.The guys worked hard to get the bunny house put together in strong winds and rain and were very friendly and chatty.I feel bad for this company as I feel they have received some unfair reviews from people who want the products but dont want to pay the price they are worth.This is an excellent company so please disregard the negative reviews and speak to them for yourself to make your own mind up.
So I will say it was 3rd time lucky for my delivery , however I was given complete wipe clean floor and a free bunny hide because of the delay . The guys put it exactly where I directed over the phone from work , and it’s so lovely . The rabbits are safe and happy . The guys gave me lots of advice and were really helpful, measured up for a bespoke exterior attachment for extra fox 🦊 protection and hoping it will arrive on Friday . Yes I would definitely use them again. The quality is amazing and I’m fussy , my Dad was a very talented carpenter so I expect the best 😂.. all my friends have said it was worth the wait and are very impressed !
I needed a kennel for my Spaniel in a hurry and was struggling to find a quality one available for delivery and installation in time for his return home. Dan at Cherry Acres was very helpful as soon as I got in contact with him with my requirements. I live locally to Cherry Acres so Dan was able to provide my chosen kennel with insulation and wipe clean floor, delivered and installed on a Sunday. I was a little concerned about some of the delivery issues I had read about in other reviews but very happy to say my experience was excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, accommodated a weekend installation and both me and the spaniel are thrilled with the kennel. Looks great and very happy with the quality. Thank you!
We had our Guinea pig lodge installed yesterday and we are super happy with it.Yes we did have our date changed from the original date like others have mentioned, but things do happen sometimes. It was clearly communicated by phone call and we was always able to get through to someone when needed which is what matters. A new date was quickly sorted and it was worth waiting forThe lodge didn't take long to be installed and it is amazing quality. The two men that delivered and installed it for us were very friendly and showed us how everything worked.I would highly recommend to everyone. The quality cant be beaten.
Extremely accommodating in personalised requirements for guinea pig lodge. Very focused on installation on day overcoming unforeseen obstacles and ensuring completion of installation on day. Good solid building and so easy to keep floor and walls clean. Absolutely delighted with product. Deducted 1 star for communication and cancellations. Overall though, a dream com true.
Booked and paid for a bespoke order. The company, quick to take my money, then strung me along for 3 months, with repeated failed promises of delivery, my item had been made, problem with this that or the other to finally receive an email on the morning of the third arranged delivery - informing me the order had been cancelled. Absolutely fuming is an understatement. Spoke on the phone the whole way through, being told a pack of lies. There never was an order. Such a shame, I had high hopes because their photos look great, but read all reviews before parting with your hard earned money.And when all is said and done, their response is to deny I was even a customer.I have the emails, Facebook messages and bank transaction including refunded amount to prove it. You deserve less than one star for the treatment I received.
This company is absolutely amazing. They gave me a quote which was very reasonable they produced my shed on time and made it very professionally. the quality of the materials is of the highest standard. Absolutely outstanding I would recommend them to anyone and very pleased to show anyone my shed.
Ordered the Double Rabbit Haven. Very pleased with it. Spacious & well designed. Feels sturdy. On install day the guys worked so hard & stayed as long as required to get it done properly. Deducted one star for delays & cancelled deliveries - communication could be better!
