Ordered a catio after being advised that they make to order. I requested for the door to be on the front but arrived with door on the side so not what I ordered but the quality of the wood and materials is very good. I am very pleased with the quality but slightly annoyed that the door is in the wrong place after being advised they could meet the requirements. Communication could be improved as delivery was delayed to the Tuesday when they confirmed it would be delivered on Monday but I did receive the catio and am extremely happy with the item/materials so thank you.
I am very happy with the product, the delivery drivers and installers were knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately the customer service and communication let the process down. I was constantly chasing the company for delivery information, given plenty of unreasonable excuses,and they were then 4 hours late on the day that they finally arrived.I don't think I would order from this company again which is a shame because the product is good.
This is fabulous! We bought one of the Catterys and had it adapted for rabbits - Cherry Acres couldn’t have been more helpful in making the changes that we asked for. Really happy with the quality. There were a few delays with delivery but we were kept informed and given an upgraded roof as an apology. I would absolutely buy from this company again.
Really happy with the tortoise house Dan and his daughter delivered yesterday. We wanted something built to specific measurements with additional doors and ramps. Dan made helpful suggestions along the way and it is perfect.The build quality is very good, extremely sturdy and practical to keep clean.Would definitely recommend to others.
Really pleased with my kennels that were erected yesterday by Daniel and his daughter. Look, style and quality all great.Service received from start to finish has been very good including a phone call on a Sunday to adapt the kennels slightly to get the best design for my dogs which was appreciated.Very friendly and would definitely use again 🙂
Highly recommended. We had a sanctuary run built and installed today and it is just fab. It was connected to our existing coop with no problems or additional cost. Timed arrival was as expected with an update for exact timings during the day. The run is sturdy, well made, looks beautiful and our chickens love it ! Thanks very much indeed
