Absolutely terrible - Avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible, I called 6 weeks ago and placed an order and spoke at length about the state of the trust pilot reviews, the lady tell me about the pandemic and how it hit everyone hard but said all was well again now, I chased every week to ensure that it was going to go smooth and I had a delivery date of 16th September, ( my birthday) I took a day off work for this delivery to take place and on the night before I had to call to confirm the appointment (even though I was told id get regular updates I had none) only to be told that she has been in hospital and it wouldn’t be coming until the 17th September(today) but would be here by 10am, 10am came and went and was told would be here by 11 due to traffic, then at 1pm called to say the driver had the wrong one and would turn around and not deliver today.. I insisted things at home had been moved around to make todays delivery along with the fact I have now taken 2 of my precious holiday days from work to facilitate this delivery to be fed more and more cock and bull stories! This was at 1pm and apparently he was half an hour away, and would continue his journey (half hour away) 3pm came and still no show . After many calls back to them apparently even the lady on the phone doesn’t know where they are. I paid £950 in full on the day of ordering. I have since checked there website and the same housing is now for sale for £250 more than I paid so I suspect it was never going to be delivered as they could sell it to someone else for £250 more than I paid. When I said I wanted a refund there was absolutely no quibble, she refunded it straight away and in the back of my mind I feel that was her goal from the outset – from me experience this company have a terrible communication and a complete lack of respect as to impacting my day(s) with regards to wasting my time for 2 days and technically the entire 6 weeks where I could have used a different supplier -**Avoid like the plague**

Excuses after Excuses

Excuses, Excuses, Excuses ……… That’s all you get from Natasha (the woman who answers the phone if you’re lucky enough to have your call answered) She blames “bad wood” amongst other things. We paid a deposit of nearly £500 but were lucky enough to get it refunded after we threatened court action. They give a date when they will come to put it up, and then they let you down without calling when you are waiting for them to arrive. After you call to see where they are, they rearrange another date, and then they let you down again. We removed our 7 dogs kennels so the new kennels could go up in place, now they have no kennels because of these people telling us dates they were coming and then letting us down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Our four new additions love their new coop

It’s the second time I purchased a coop from them. And as always, their coop is sturdy, adaptable, and of high quality. The delivery came fast and everything was there; making it easy to assemble. Great stuff. Recommended.

Don’t order from them or pay any money

Don’t order from this company,we ordered a dog kennel back in March ,excuse after excuse ,like others on here and on Google reviews,Natasha promises you they are waiting on materials that never come or are inadequate,she is good at convincing you initially until she says it again and again with regard to every component.We paid in full as that is what they tell you,you have to do to get it made but unfortunately they take ypur money and have no intention of providing any goods.We paid £1,200 and have still heard nothing from them ,they don’t answer the phone now…DON”T TOUCH THIS COMPANY….

Excuses

I ordered the rabbit Warren at the beginning of July, as it was expensive I phoned and spoke to Natasha to clarify a few things, she was very helpful in answering any questions I had. She told me on the phone if I ordered and paid by the end of the day I would have delivery on the 19th August, so I paid in full. I emailed and sent Facebook messages a few times but never had replies so ended up ringing to add to my order, the phone was answered most of the time. 4 days prior to delivery I gave them a call to check we were set to go, Natasha assured me it was ready to go they were just waiting on one last piece to be delivered that day(Monday) I ask her to call me that evening to confirm it had arrived, no phone call. Tuesday morning I called, the product was inadequate so they were waiting for another to arrive today, again I asked her to call me nothing. My husband called them in the afternoon as I was starting to get suspicious, he was assured again there was no problem just waiting on that final piece. Sadly and as many other google and trust pilot reviews suggest there was more excuses, things didn’t add up, it was ready yet more wood had to be treated and that takes 7 days to dry then another 7 to build :-( I was given another delivery date of the 8th September. I read the reviews and declined and asked for a full refund. I was sent a screenshot shot of the refund and thankfully received it 4 days later. I was gutted, all over my birthday too. Please be aware.

We received our beautiful chicken house…

We received our beautiful chicken house and run recently and we are so happy with the quality and design of the product. We did have to wait a while for the product but it was definitely worth it in the end and is a massive improvement compared to our last chicken house.

Wonderful catio

We recently had our cat kennel and run installed we was told on order that the lead times were currently 8 weeks on the cat Kennels the guys come and installed our catio and done amazing job very sturdy structure and attention to detail was second to none highly recommended company will use again in the future

AVOID !! A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

All seemed well when we purchased an expensive chicken shed of the professional looking website and they even offered to stain the wooden roof tiles darker as an extra service for me which I was to pay for upon delivery - BUT the experience soon soured. After waiting several weeks the 1st delivery never happened and when we eventually made contact (they are nearly impossible to reach via email or phone) we were told that delivery was postponed due to heavy storms in the South. This was very odd as I was in the South when they eventually took my call and it was a calm sunny day! The lady on the phone eventually admitted that it wasn't the "storms" but actually a staffing issue. The rescheduled delivery, another several weeks later, also never happened either at which point I was poised to take them to court for a refund with costs. Luckily they refunded but I am now left with stone foundation slabs laid on our lawn with no shed and I have had to cancel the order of the chickens. The other reviews here seem to echo this common theme. Extremely disappointed and I would not recommend this Company at all

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!I ordered a Glacier chicken house as part of a garden project for disabled adults and was promised delivery within six weeks. That didn’t happen and, in itself, would not have been an issue. I appreciate we are living in difficult times with the Covid pandemic and difficulties with raw materials etc and would have been happy to make allowances accordingly.HOWEVER, I was actually told that the house was being delivered on THREE separate occasions. Indeed, the lady in the office went to great lengths to weave elaborate and seemingly plausible stories about those three deliveries - but, to cut a very long short, delivery never came to fruition on any of those occasions. In and amongst, I made countless phone calls and sent countless emails to the company that went unanswered. I then started reading the other customer reviews online and realised that my order was just a small part of a much bigger problem. There were many other people who had been left seriously out of pocket (no delivery and no refund). After taking several days off work to wait at home for the promised deliveries, and repeated untruths from the company, I put my detective hat on and contacted the courier who had supposedly collected the house from Cherry Acres last week (the third delivery). It came as no surprise that they could not find any record of such a shipment intended for my address.The girl in the office - on the occasions I was able to make contact with someone - who variously called herself Natasha, Natalie and Rachel but sounded like the same person always seemed so genuine, sincere, helpful and plausible but she NEVER did what she said she would do. I was stuck without a chicken house or a refund and a small group of disabled adults who were bitterly disappointed because their project couldn’t go ahead. In the end, and unable to make any meaningful progress with the company, I resorted to sending them a ‘Letter before Action’ advising my intention to start County Court Proceedings against them to recover my money. I am relieved to say that, within literally minutes, they issued a refund via SagePay. Hallelujah!The whole experience has been just awful and with the large number of similar complaints evident on Trust Pilot and elsewhere, I don’t know how this company is staying in business. It seems they have already been reported toTrading Standards and other authorities on a number of occasions. Save yourselves the money, time, trouble and disappointment. Order from elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered on 4th March 2021, it’s now 20 weeks to be told the tiles are not the quality they ordered, surely after 20 weeks they would have been ordered long before now! Given 2 delivery dates, one supposedly tomorrow which would have been a no show had I not consistently emailed and rung. They need more than one person to do the admin side of things, the poor lady must be constantly getting abuse and be very thick skinned! I really hope I get my refund so I can order something else. Gutted because the Anastasia was a dream chicken house!
