*EDITED REVIEW* I bought a flight through Edreams, then I got an email from Citizen Plane regarding the same flight. This was confusing and the PRN airline reference provided was not in the usual format. Because of this, logged into the airline's website, I could not access my booking and reading Citizen Plane's help section, it says in this case, you cannot check-in online, only at the airport with the airline desk as the booking is part of a group booking. I found this extremely inconvenient, as I did not book luggage and it also made me nervous about the validity of my booking. Edreams was of no help, however, after contacting Citizen Plane, they assisted me to access the booking (you need to be logged out of your airline membership) and assure me I will be able to check-in online. If I had been travelling the next day, this would have been even more stressful, but simply to do this wasted a lot of my time. In the end I was able to check-in online and there was no issues but Edreams customer support continued to tell me this would not be the case. Be aware, it is not the same as a regular booking but the customer service was helpful and in the end there was no issues.

Even though our flight was originally non-changeable and non-refundable, Mr. Maxim from the CitizenPlane team immediately took the initiative to contact the supplier and request an exception – and succeeded!Our return flight was rebooked to our preferred date without any extra cost, smoothly and effortlessly. The level of care, humanity, and generosity shown throughout the process is something you rarely experience these days.This means the world to us, especially since it’s our very first vacation together.If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would – 5 just aren’t enough!A heartfelt thank-you to Mr. Maxim and the entire CitizenPlane team – you saved our holiday before it even started. We’re truly grateful!

Neither the airline company nor the tour operator helped me with my issue. But by the time I contacted CitizenPlane Customer Service, it took only 5 minutes to fix my issue. Great customer service! Thanks, CitizenPlane, for listening to your customer and giving full support.
