I had a short term issue with my payments for my car insurance.I rang them and the chap I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He went over and above to help me sort the issue and changed my payment dates to make thing more manageable.Thank you.
The experience which made it great was the easy it was to apply and the speed it was done at also was able to pick the date to pay the finance on they were professional and courteous in every way
Voluntary terminated my car and was pick up on the 10/2 but close brothers refuse to send me a email confirming the car is no longer my responsibility making me wait for 6-8 weeks until the car is sold.The cars not mine ,I not paying for it so why do I have to wait ,they are bullies never use close brothers please listen they are BAD
these guys were brilliant they lent me the money for a new car but sadly the company of the vehicle kept letting me down with delivery dates and not being honest. thankfully i was able to cancel the agreement and these got their money back let me know there was nothing i needed to do. would highly recommend recommend these for their honesty and help
