Brilliant!

2024 wasn't the easiest of years and 2025 has started off a bit awkward. So, I rang Close Brothers for a chat and spoke a young lady by the name of Elisabeth. Absolutely superb representative! She listed diligently, never interupted and gave sound, clear, good advice and understood what business issues self employed people like me face when people don't pay our invoices or go bust on us. As such, we have basic undertanding and move into 2025 with a positive outlook and I am happy to recommend Close Brothers for their part in my success. And Elisabeth in particular deservesmention because she is very professional and fair at representing her employer.

Highly efficient and made getting my required car finance as pain feel as possible. Website was easy to access to monitor account and when time to get a settlement figure, an email was received within minutes of phoning.

Terrible company

Terrible company. They have put missed payments on my credit file from during covid in which they were not allowed to do as the government allowed a payment break. I have complained about this and was told it was resolved. After checking my credit file a few years later it appears they have not corrected this and it still shows. NOT A RESPONSIBLE LENDER ATALL!
