Close Brothers were recommended by a family member and for my first time experience with finance I’ve had no issues, it was the quickest way to get me on the road straight away after passing my test. I’ve never had any issues with payments, calls etc.

3 years never missed a payment

3 years never missed a payment, called them once a week before payment and advised them to not take the direct debit, and that I was making a card payment. They took the card payment, DD bounced and they charged me for a returned payment. They refunded the late charge but I had to call them and chase it all down. not the best customer service tbf
