Review Time
I've been waiting over 3 months for Close Bros to approve a repair on my vehicle. Their call system is atrocious, I've typically been waiting to speak to a call handler for between 1 to 3.5hrs. When they do answer and aren't able to transfer my call, I request a callback for a claims handler or manager but they don't have the decency to return my call.If you can get finance with another company, please do. You'll save yourself time, stress and hassle.Horrendous customer service
I had nothing but problem's with the car I bought and was getting nowhere with the garage so I turned to yous for help and after giving the details I was told the investigation would take 3 months after the 3 months yous asked me for a further 2 weeks just for yous to say yous could not help as the problem wasn't their when I got the car even tho I had problems since I got the but to no avail so I had to contact reject my car who contacted yous regarding this as the car was no fit for purpose and eventually they got this case sorted with yous, I would recommend that yous improve the investigation section of the company but other than this I have had no problems with yous.
Their phone is no route to a person, only a machine.Even their email address on their latest letter does not work - the email address is invalid.I should rejoice that one of their statements sent to me in the post had added £20,000 to the correct sum. They refunded themselves finally.I have concluded that they work, or pretend to work, from home and are lazy and incompetent. Can they really be handling our money?
I had financed a car with them and it was so helpful from beginning to finish everything went so well through online and had great help by the team and also they provided me an opportunity to have 2 finances at one time Very helpful and very useful finance company to use while you have a finance placed somewhere else And also definitely recommend
Brilliant company to deal with. Straightforward and easy and lots of communication which I feel is very important. The courtesy call was very welcome and I spoke to a lovely friendly lady. I also like the fact I can pay extra whenever I want online which is what I intend doing later in the year.
