Poor Customer Service !Do not acknowledge correspondence or reply, long wait times when telephoning to customer service with disappointing results from unhelpful agents.Somewhat outdated ways of interacting with customers & little or no online access to account.In accurate reporting to credit reference agencies when account paid in full early.
Really good service. I Took out a two year loan in 2021 & during the pandemic the company were always contacting me offering help. I was lucky & was able to keep up my payments, but i was relieved to know that they were there. All staff contacts were pleasant & all documents sent were easily understood.Great service.Many thanks.
Awful. Avoid Close Brother at all costs.Used them for car finance in Feb 2023 and have had nothing but problems with them ever since. I won't ever use them again and I would STRONGLY advise against anyone else using them.Something as simple as changing the date of a Direct Debit (I was assure by 3 separate advisors that it wouldn't be an issue) has been going on for 5 months now and they STILL have taken the payment on the wrong day. As advised by a very apologetic advisor, I raised a complaint so that I would be able to stop wasting my time once a month trying to get this mess resolved, but the still get it wrong. I called the 'customer service' line to speak to a supervisor to try and get this resolved. The first person I spoke to went to get a supervisor, then hung up on me, the second person said there wouldn't be a supervisor available until next week??!!!Absolute shambles of a company and if there was a way to exit my finance agreement with them, I would. AVOID
i have used close brothers for more years than i can remember , brilliant from the start to the end , i will use them again , i can not thank them enough for my latest edition car , a really good company to deal with ,
Terrible company had car insurance through them in 2016 and the 30/08/2023 gets a letter that ive had a default payment and was charged £30 for this now after seven years they say that the payment wasnt defaulted and im entitled to a £30 refund wow after seven years after and no interest on my money but trying to get this money back what a joke i should of had the money back with in 14 working days witch was the 18/09/23 phoned them up three times and all ive got is its under investgation and they will contact me when this is sorted i think im going to take this down the small claims route to recover this money just to prove a point threre ok when their taking your money but when you want it back its a different thing god help any one if they ever need to put a claim in you might get it paid out when you are six foot under what a joke so here we are on the 25/09/23 still no refund so people make what you will of this company but i will be avoiding this at all times and i hope who ever reads this will do the same would give a minus star if i could
This is first time I used this service and they were really helpful and fast response from any requests as well as finance agreements procedures.Now I am about to get my new vehicles and hopefully that work well without any technical issue later.Thanks again for everything you done !
This company have been nothing but brilliant, very quick to get the loan into my account. They call to make sure that you are pleased with the car. Unfortunately the first car we purchased was disappointing and we got our money back. We purchased another car all went smoothly. Well done Close Brother Finance.
