Many thanks for my vehicle credit agreement. The process of applying was very straight forward & fairly quick. The terms are very reasonable & nice to have the early repayment option. I found this through CarMoney via GumTree - so also very convenient to not have to shop around. Turns out I also work a few streets away from your London office. Best regards.
I have used close brothers several times and paid of my finance early every time. I found that close brothers look after you all the through from start to finish and their interest rates are very reasonable also they don't increase your payments through the contract, what they quote you is what you pay I would use again if needed.
Disgraceful.Been with close brothers with various car agreements and our business insurance is financ3d through them.Paid off one of our vehicles early and in full.Went to buy a new car today and our application was declined.Never missed a payment ,one payment late once due to close brothers trying to take the payment early,we were late by one day.Will never use them again.
Abysmal avoid at all costs paid up my agreement and been hounded continuously they even have a marker on my account to say it’s paid up via a dealer yet they continue to chase 12 days later Their personal account management doesn’t work when trying to log into the account just get Error 404 message absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I will be raising a formal complaint with the FCA about the company
After only 30 days insurance cover and paid £140 in instalments , sold car and still had to pay £119 to cancel policy 😞 so ended up paying more than half the total annual premium for 30 days insurance, avoid like the plague!!!!!
