I purchased a vehicle from Storry 4 x 4 part financed by Close Brothers. I had dealt with Storry 4 x 4 in the past and knew I would get great service as usual . Close Brothers matched them in every way with no problems and made it simple to settle the balance . Five stars to both and would definitely recommend and use again if required.
Absolute shambles of a company, bought a car last year and had finance through close brothers. The car was in and out the garage over 11 times in the first 4 months, I told close brothers I didn't want the car anymore as it was costing too much on repairs and garage visits and they refused to help in any way, sent out a "specialist" to do a few checks on the car and they said they couldn't find any issues with it so wouldn't be doing anything to help and that it was basically my problem not theirs. DO NOT recommend this company at all, all completely useless people that work there and they have no regard for other people and financial difficulties people may face when it comes to being able to pay for the finance.
My rate is 0The worst customer service ever, they know how to drive people crazy and get mental health.My car has not been driven since 14.08.2023 and they never called me back after sending the engineer who found that the car has a lot of issues to be driven.I never get an email or call from Close Brothers Group even after calling them 4 times. They just said that they would call me back in 3 days and today 29.08.2023 they said the same. I sent an email on the 16 and I still waiting for their answer.I have had this car parked since 14 without any news.It has been 16 days of paying for public transport and Uber if public transport arrives late or has a mechanical problem along the way on the way to work. prevented me from moving wherever I wanted on my days off. I hope after this complaint I will finally have at least news about my situation.
Guys, be very careful. I have been hardly played by Closed Motor. They are quick at providing you a car. As soon as you buy, they don’t reply u, if u are having issues with the car. They found a me a deal of a MG M6. On the car add they did not mention about the amount of issues the car has. I’m stuck paying the monthly payment for a 3rd month in a row.
