This company is shocking, i would never recommend to anyone, wasted my time and money, gave me such a big headache, the agreement was signed and had a call from them the vehicle will be ready to collect on Saturday, when i went to collectthe vehicle, the dealer said we haven't got received any money from "close brother" company so we not able to give the vehicle away like this, then again today i spoke to someone they said the application was declined but i have not received any email, sms or even a call, at least they should update me whats going on,why it was declined, very very disappointed, never ever chose this company
I have contacted them because they owe me a refund and on this week Monday 3rd of July 2023 I was told, I would receive a payment that day. Then I did not receive refund. I called them back on Tuesday and they said they are putting in a same day request and I will get it before close of business, did not get any refund either. When I called them today they are telling me that they have forwarded the email to the financing department and they haven’t heard back anything yet. I have been made promises by them and they have not kept their word. It is ridiculous because this refund was due last week and here I am struggling to get my money back. Please send me my money back as this is not fair.

why didn't anyone pick up my damaged car because they said that when they came they would pick it up because the inspection was at my place and they said that the car was broken! how long do I have to wait, I've already been waiting for 2 months?
