Their service is fantastic as the dedicated staff never leave you in the dark, always providing update on how the application is going. I don't have any reservations in recommending them to prospective car finance applicants.I can only say bravo for providing excellent service to humanity.

Close brothers complaints department is awful

Close brothers complaints department. The service I have received so far is shocking. Don’t answer the phone or return calls when voicemails left or return emails. Can’t get through to my case handler even when I manage to eventually get someone to answer. Trying desperately to resolve the issue and have reported lack of correspondence several times. No change. Incorrect information given to assessor that has looked at my vehicle so the assessor went off a presumption on history of vehicle. I’m hoping someone from close brothers looks into this review and I start getting some correspondence.My complaint handler has now been in touch and is looking into it all. I am hopeful this will be resolved soon.

I have just paid my final payment of a 3yr arrangement with close brothers ,I personally found the process easy and smooth to obtain an arrangement for my car and thought the rate of interest was fair .I paid all my payments on time so i never had to have any dealings over anything ,received a yearly statement keeping me updated on the balance ,going by my own personal experience i would definitely recommend and would have no hesitation in using them again .
