All I will say is STAY AWAY these will rip you off.. take money off you then say you don’t earn enough to have car insurance (over 1000 a month I’m bringing in) please just avoid these like the plague unless you want the stress and want to loose your money
It's a scam. This company adding fees for no reason. My direct debit didn't go through on the day of paying the instalment. It was reversed around 2 pm. But I had the money on the account when I checked only 2 hours later and made this payment manually. Now a week later they sent me a letter saying the payment was missed and added extra £25 to pay. And they are requesting from me a full instalment plus fee even that I done my last payment to them a week ago. This is ridiculous, they are the one who should pay me £25 extra for spending nearly an hour on the phone to explain this and get a satisfying result which unfortunately was unsuccessful and I have to pay them nearly a £100 and then eventually complaint to receive it back. I suggest to stay away but do whatever you want as this is only the option from my experience.
On their support page , it says clearly support is available for people are struggling with the high cost of living. I decide to make a phone call to get some help. They said we cannot offer you payment holiday but you can pay half of the payment for next two months, but on the third month your payment is going to go up and it’s going to affect your credit history for the next six years, so I decided not to take any help from them because clearly there is no help available , with the next to nothing help it’s going to affect my credit history in the long run so think before you make a phone call to them they are they’re clearly not to help the customers. It’s all about making money and profit that’s all
can i just say i don't normally give reviews but emma fisher at close deserves 5 stars,she's always available and is on hand to help with any queries,i find close overall a very good company to deal with and always use them as my first choice,top team,well done guys
I arranged car finance with them and after 9 months of paying monthly requested a settlement quote to settle the agreement. They gave me the figure charging £92 extra without reason and deducing little capital from the total amount paid because all I paid was interest. While I can understand that because the interest and APR were really high, the problem is that they did not provide any breakdown of the figures or explanations, just total figures that I had to trust from their system. The complaint department was very rude when they called me to explain they had close the complaint. I went to the ombudsman and waiting for results now.
Following the purchase of the vehicle, the issue was reported to the dealership. The staff members of the dealership sent the vehicle to various mechanics before discovering the problem, which would cost £2640.24 to fix. The dealership refused to help after that and advised me to speak with the finance team.The ACE inspection guy saw the document from bmw where the problem has been listed. The speedometer turns black my itself twice a week
