Suggested generic grease filter was compatible

I wasn't sure as to which grease filter would fit as nothing was listed under the make and model number. I provided Ryan with the measurements as instructed and the suggested filter arrived fast and as predicted, fitted perfectly.

Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service!! The best I've received in a long time! Had to send multiple photos to identify the items I needed but all answered quickly, professionally and friendly! In fact the 1st items I needed arrived before we had identified the last filter!! Definitely recommend this company!!

There's help when no-one has your model number 🤦‍♀️

No carbon filter was listed for my model number so I emailed for help!! Ryan replied saying that they didn't have anything listed for my model but could I send over measurements so he could source one, I did this & had a email back with a link for the matching filter!!Ordered yesterday arrived today!! Perfect Fit!!

I was having a difficult time sourcing the correct aluminium grease filters for my extractor as its a very old model. I tried everywhere and then emailed these guys, they responded very quickly sent the dimensions over of what I needed and sourced a part which will fit. The item arrived in great time and fitting was perfect! I should have saved the hassle and gone to these guys first!
