First class service. The filters arrived quicker than estimated time and fitted perfectly. I wrote my email address wrong and so I had to contact to get my order confirmation and receipt for our accounts. Emails were responded to quickly and i got the paper work I needed promptly. As a busy homelessness charity we will definitely use again.
I purchased the wrong filter for my cooker hood, however the customer service I recieved was so helpful and was zble to authorise the filters return and I posted it on Tuesday refund in my account by Wednesday afternoon....highly recommended. Will use this company again without hesitation
Pre-ordered my filter, 1st march, took money straight away and only arriving today 30th April. Had to chase to find out what was happening several times to be told it would be here end of march, a week after that, a week after that, then a further 2 weeks and nothing. Was told I would be told when they would send it out and nothing till I told them to cancel the order and actually it was already sent out. Very poor customer services, communication and delivery. Will never use again.
After moving into my property doing some checks I hadn't realised the extractor fan had no filters in itI searched online (for ages) and eventually found you guys.I ordered the filters, I was kept updated via email every step of the way they were delivered promptly, took some fiddling but got them to fit.Thank you so much.
Bought 2 charcoal filters for a Faber tweet. There aren’t any lines on the filters to line them up. And the lugs don’t line up properly either. They also look slightly different. Can’t get the filter to fit on one side. Terrible
