Great that I found a company who could supply carbon filters for my Prima extractor!! Super helpful that they listed all the model numbers that were compatible.Great price, well packaged, order acknowledged immediately and quick delivery!!!! I only ordered on 27th October and arrived today, 30th October!!! Very happy and will be reordering in few months when replacement is necessary.Mant thanksRita
Just wanted to relay my recent experience of Cooker Hood Filters.I purchased 2 replacement filters for my CDA cooker hood which arrived promptly and well packaged.This was the first time we had replaced the filters, in fact in turned out there were no filters to take off which was troubling to say the least.Anyway, the replacement should have been easy but wasn't, it didn't look as though they would fit and it was an extremely tight space with barely enough room to get your fingers in there.I contacted CHF by email explaining my issues and Ryan promptly answered within the hour to say they were the correct filters and gave some tips for installing the filters and in the event that I could not get them to fit that they would take them back and issue a refund.I persevered and finally got them in place, certainly more effort then I expected.I just wanted to say thank you to Ryan and CHF for their customer service which was excellent.Will definitely use them going forward.
Items arrived late in alternative packaging by Royal Mail with a sign saying 'Found open or damaged and officially secured'. Items have gone missing. I suspected the company did not pack my four pairs of filters secure enough, and the parcel was ripped open during transport. This issue was reported and photos as evidence were sent three days ago, but I haven't had reply since.Edit:A prompt delivery of the missing pack of filters was made after the complaint. I was acknowledged the reason that their server was down on certain domains so I didn't get any response.
I searched for spares for my Indesit cooker hood and found them here, a lot cheaper than the previous company I used.I thought I mad made a mistake with one part and the company bent over backwards to help me regarding returs/refunds. Excellent customer service.
Ordered and received all the right things but I gave incorrect delivery address and only noticed when I read their order acknowledgement. Sent an e-mail to ask for change of address and received prompt reply saying they had already dispatched - within about half-an-hour of placing the order! Royal Mail delivered next working day. Wrong address was just next door so not a big problem. All-round excellent service, including helpful responses from Ryan - thanks.
Excellent company to deal with.had a problem trying to source filters for our stoves cooker hood.the actual manufacturers had none in stock & to be honest we were shocked at the price they were commanding.UP steps cooker hood filters.i don't know if anyone else has had the same frustrating problem as we were experiencing,you contact companies & they say things like "it should fit or its the right model number but it may or may not be correct.....they make so many !"Cooker hood filters solved all this with a few emails.asking you to use there template for measurements & then advising that it should fit,but could be returned.now for me the measurements are all important & cooker hood filters got this SPOT ON.ok it is up to the individual to measure correctly but how hard can that be ( it's not).So ordered a pair that arrived very quickly and not expensive in my eyes compared to the original ones from stoves.they fitted like a glove no struggling or jiggling them about to make them fit just straight in Excellent.WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAINThankyou to all at cooker hood filters that went that little bit extra to help.
Awful customer service. Sent the wrong filters. Been trying to sort it for 2 weeks and sent them all sorts of info. Now asking me to pay to return these things even though it’s their fault. Just send me the correct filters which I have already paid for!Edit….The reply from Kurtis below is nonsense! The filters I ordered explicitly say they fit my model on the page I bought them from. He’s just talking rubbish to make the company sound like they’re not shocking! They did refund me which I’m grateful for but I’d encourage other potential customers to go elsewhere and buy genuine parts to avoid a lot of hassle!
